HealthWorks EAP provides personalized, compassionate care through licensed providers, offering confidential in-person, virtual and telephonic sessions to ensure easy access across Central Virginia and beyond. Our 24/7 “warm line” connects employees and families with on-call counselors, and while care plans are individualized, we guarantee a minimum of four EAP sessions when appropriate for problem resolution.
