What is “Reserve My Spot”
- Our new “Reserve My Spot” feature allows patients to call and reserve their spot in line at one of our Urgent Care locations before they leave home. When you save your spot, it is important to remember that this is not an appointment.
- We are offering a limited number of “Spots” for patients each day. It is not required to call ahead and reserve a spot. We accept walk ins.

What is the benefit of calling ahead and reserving your spot in line?
- Once a spot is reserved, patients will benefit from reduced time spent in waiting rooms for an Urgent Care visit. That means more time waiting comfortably at home, in your car, or elsewhere.
Is my time slot a guarantee?
- It is not but provides a more accurate time frame to arrive which reduces time spent in waiting rooms. Medical emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can cause delays.
What happens if I am late?
- There is a 20-minute grace period. If you arrive later, you may lose your spot in line. We can still see you, but you may have a longer wait time in the clinic.
What if I save my slot and I start to feel worse?
- If you start to feel worse, do not wait-go to the nearest Emergency Department immediately or call 911.
What if I no longer need to be seen in Urgent Care? How do I cancel my saved spot?
- No worries, just call the urgent care where you made your reservation and let them know you no longer need to save your spot in line.
