Occupational therapists help the patient develop adaptive skills including basic everyday tasks, from bathing and dressing to routine homemaking.
Home Health ProgramThis short-term program offers consistent quality care while reducing the need for an extended stay. Daily home visits monitors patient progress, and regular reports are given to the physician. Physical therapists and other professionals also may visit the patient's home.
Our professional social workers help patients and their families with the emotional, social, psychological and economic effects of your illness or injury. They help make the transition from the hospital easier, from finding specialty equipment to use when patients go home to offering information on home health services or an extended care facility.
