From drug and alcohol testing to employee wellness screening, Centra Lab offers a wide range of laboratory services that can be tailored to meet any need.
Centra Lab is a partner with the Mayo Medical Laboratories, the reference laboratory for Mayo Clinic. Physicians from Pathology Consultants of Central Virginia direct the work and oversee the laboratories' testing facilities. Centra Lab Services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week at a competitive price.

Centra Lab was established in 1989 to meet the laboratory needs of the medical and business community in central Virginia.

Wellness Programs
Services span the spectrum, from cholesterol screening to a comprehensive blood program that includes hemograms and PSA tests to detect prostate cancer. Costs are calculated on a flat rate and screenings can accommodate any number of employees. Phlebotomists and an on-site coordinator staff each screening to ensure its success. Screening is available around the clock to accommodate companies employing up to three shifts of workers.

Drug & Alcohol Testing
Centra Lab performs drug and alcohol testing for central Virginia businesses and industries. Breath alcohol testing is available. Drug tests are conducted when employers need:

• pre-employment checks
• random testing
• SAMSA screens to meet Department of Transportation regulations
