We look at each birth as a miracle and every baby as unique. We encourage a family-centered approach to childbirth so you can enjoy the experience fully. Nurturing patients through the birthing process is at the heart of our efforts, and we support you and your choices in every way we can.
The labor and delivery rooms and the Mother-Baby rooms have the look and feel of a hotel. Each spacious and tastefully decorated room has a TV/VCR and a private bath and shower. The waiting area features comfortable seating, a coffee bar, and The Baby Shop, which is a specialty store where you can select the appropriate gift for the new baby.

The Birth CenterThe Birth Center has 16 new rooms, including eight labor and delivery rooms, four high-risk rooms, and four triage rooms. The labor and delivery rooms will allow women to stay in the same room throughout their birthing experience. Labor and delivery rooms feature comfortable seating for expectant mothers and fathers, televisions and VCRs, large windows, armoires, and whirlpool baths for hydrotherapy during labor.
Mother-Baby UnitThe Mother-Baby unit features 30 large, private rooms, each tastefully decorated with comfortable seating, TV, VCR, hair dryer, and private shower. These large rooms will give mothers the option to keep their babies with them from the time of delivery to their discharge. Nurses care for each mother and baby as a couplet, facilitating comprehensive and consistent care and education. If a mother needs to rest or leave the room, the baby nursery is available.
Our ServiceCentra Health continues to offer lactation education, support, and follow-up to each breastfeeding mother, 24 hour room service after the mother's delivery, free baby announcement banner, and free 24 hour, educational Baby TV channel.
