Centra Health’s Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program offers a Be Tobacco Free class.
This class will help you quit smoking or quit chewing tobacco.
¦ Using smokeless tobacco is linked to cancers of the esophagus, larynx
and stomach.
¦ Secondhand smoke is responsible for an estimated 3,000 lung cancer deaths
among U.S. nonsmokers each year.
