Julie P. Doyle is co-owner and director of the Education and Research Foundation, Inc., a clinical trials company. The company's primary market focus is dermatological medications and products. She oversees the Phase I-IV clinical studies for pharmaceutical and consumer product companies.
She is chairman of the Lynchburg City School Board, and has been a member of the board since 2000. She is a former education account executive with Honeywell, Inc. and former sales engineer with Westinghouse Electric Corporation. A native of Portland, Oregon, Doyle holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Notre Dame, and a master of business administration degree from George Washington University.
Doyle is president of the Notre Dame Monogram Club and is on the board of a number of central Virginia organizations, including Step with Links and the Lynchburg Community Loan Fund.
